Terms of use

1. Using the service

You are responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the right to use it. Content that violates the law or copyright will be removed.

2. Visibility and paid plans

Free accounts publish in Public mode. Paid plans allow Private or link-only items. When a plan expires, private items become “Locked – renew to view again” (or switch to public after the grace period if the administrator configures so); data is never deleted.

3. Wallet and payments

The wallet balance is used for AI features and buying plans. Prices are shown before you confirm. Failed or cancelled AI tasks are refunded automatically.

4. Refunds

Unused balance can be refunded on request within 7 days of top-up, minus what was used for services. Activated paid plans are non-refundable unless the fault is ours. Contact us via the Contact page for help.

5. Tax

Prices include or exclude VAT as configured by the administrator and are stated on the receipt.
